paramedicmike
Before we get into the habit of feeding you answers that you should be looking up yourself, why don't you tell us what you think should be done? Don't know? Go look it up. It'll be good prep for you as a "soon to be EMS student".
Vorenus
As mike said. Plus, for a possible therapy, you`d need more infos then just those two random facts.
mobey
I would seek medical attention.
ERDoc
I would attempt to continue vomiting until I was volume depleted, then that should fix the hypertension.
DwayneEMTP
What would you do in the case that you have both of these symptoms together? Impossible to answer. Maybe those two symptoms are related, but maybe they aren't. Each can be beneficial in certain circumstances, and in others very detrimental. But for my best guess? Step away from the keg, get a ton of water in your belly, get some sleep. Dwayne
mobey
Or sleep off the head injury
DFIB
What about diarrhea? It often acompanies emesis. You could take a crap so big that your pressure drops.

zippyRN
i'd echo all the above, from the two symptoms mentioned - Mobey's suggestion of a head injury is something to consider ... being an effective clinician is more than just playing buzzword bingo to come up with a diagnosis ...
