TRAUMA - Episode 2, 5 Oct 09

After the first epic fail episode of NBC's new series "Trauma", I noticed all over the place, aside this forum, that the series was deemed terrible (can't really post what people REALLY said).

I for one, will at least put the station on and have it on in the background. Even though the first episode was super terrible, I will try to see a second. Generally, I noticed a lot of shows start off with guns blazing and explosions all over to catch the attention of the viewers (with the exception of Sci-Fi's new series "Stargate Universe, which was awesome). It was overly dramatic, highly unbelieveable (from an EMS point of view), and plot holes. I am not expecting anything different from the second episode though.

By the way... my Chinese food rocks!

I'm on peak shift until 0200 today at a somewhat quiet station (haven't moved since booking on at 1400), so we may watch it for laughs and snide remarks.

Oh I'm going to watch it for sure. I plan to mine it for nicknames for some of my co-workers and colleagues. Rabbit is a no brainer - we got one of those - and his initials are the same

Yea, I am sure it will be a good laugh. Probably bring up more debates and ridicule among us and bashing... I can't wait!!!

Yes, a couple others in my medic class and I plan to watch entirely to make fun of it tomorrow.

Someone needs to revise that medicine net dictionary for even it is wrong !

OPA =

Oropharyngeal Amplifier

makes my patients sound like they should be plugged in (well probably will be but that's another issue). Wow this gets worse and worse
