He was saying they've already created vessels for bypass and varicose repairs, hearts, and at least one other. This is so cool. Richard B the EMT Posted April 12, 2009 Share Posted April 12, 2009 How soon before the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) publicly go up in arms against this "cruel usage of animals" knocks the research down. Me personally? I'd give a guesstimate of a replacement grown human heart sometimes within a 20 year window. Before anyone asks, I base that on a total guess, based not on any facts currently in evidence, but extrapolating on current science.
