    I tell them I get 50 dollars an hour for consulting fees to consider their product and quickly ask them how they would like to pay for that, master card, visa or a check by phone.

    I believe HIPAA allows for review by the patient and "correction statements" from the patient to be added to their file after a written request to do so.
