3. Depends on which 5th grade you are at. If you are at the Obama's children's school, or most predominately white schools then yes. If you are at inner-city public school in Detroit or Compton, I say no.

4. Yes, it is well documented that minorities score far worse on tests than whites. But as suggested before, when you do not allow a whole race of people any opportunity for education for over 200 years, then put them in bad schools for 40 years, you can not expect a Harvard candidate to come out of that situation often. I will admit that over 50% of that is our race's fault for our rate of drug use and single moms, if you will agree that your race's educational genocide of our race led to where we are today.

Before you start blaming the schools for being poor schools take a look at this report from the Cato Institute regarding the KC MO school district.

During the 1990's a federal judge ruled that KC schools were horribly segregated and ordered them desegregated. Their budget for the school district rose from 120million a year to nearly 400 mil a year. It's a long read but it goes to show that if you provide exceptional facilities, try to bring in teachers with a higher salary and provide the best curriculum, the end result is a dismal failure.

Well lets hope that if they black list them they are the ones punished. You cant make them socialize off hours or be best friends but I would hope that the guys are mature enough to work WITH them.

The job will always get done in Chicago regardless of whether we like each other or not!
