Ambulance accident, am I liable?

The other tactic for him or her to try, is if the owner goes through with making them pay, he/she could say you know what ? My back has been hurting every since the accident, since we didnt get her insurance information, I guess I will have to file a work-comp claim.

Ambulance stopped at red light gets it up the ass by another car = Ambulance not at fault

Your road/traffic legislation surely would cover this one????

I couldn't agree more. This happened while at work and regardless whether or not the EMT was at fault, the insurance of that company should be covering the cost. As for the politics that happen internally after that well...to each our own.

That's quite possibly the best idea you've ever had here Crotch! I have no complaints this time. :D All joking aside, that is a good approach to consider. Approach the boss cheque book in hand and tell him you need workman's comp forms.
