      Sorry to hear that. It may not be much of a source of comfort but at least you were there on time. It would have been far more frustrating if that weren't the case. I hope you will find the strength and courage to get through this awful period. And hey, really, it is OK to have a rough time. Shout, scream, cry, do whatever works for you. You'll find it will help in the long run.
