    i don't know to much about the treaty, but my understanding is that they ( ireland ) are tired of other countries telling them what to do. thats why they are saying no. and if that is the reason God bless them!!!!. again i don't know to much of the treaty. so no i don't think they are being ungrateful.

    i think they should be able to put them on. and not necessarily be able to read them. it may help als or receiving hospital. i agree with mobey.

    i know that there is a shortage in philadelphia, pa. there are private 911 and also 911 that is run by the fire dept. the one for the fire dept. i think you have to take a month course for them and then you are go to go. but i think you start around 40 or 50,000 i am not 100% sure on this info. this is just what i hear. good luck.

    if the patient has a prescribed inhaler. than why not give the albuterol. if it may help them breathe a little better, i don't believe that there any contraindications

    this topic came up in my basic class and my instructors said to count milage and time . i said why not cameras . they responded cost to much. i think companies should install fake cams at the least and tell tell their workers that they are real. but either way i am all for cams they can protect you in any situation not just the one being discuss here

    hi i have dual citizenship. 2 of my grandparents were born in ireland. my family was / is lucky we still have cousins in ireland they were able to get my grandmom's birth certificate. you need that, marriage license , your birth certificate, your parent or grandparent birth certificate and bunch of other forms. go to the dept. of state website. good luck its a long but well worth process. it took me about 10 months.

    hi i am a student emt-b student. so i am inexperienced. but this is what i would do 1. size up the scene 2. call for additional resources more trucks and police 3. bsi gloves, mask. 4 triage 5. rapid trauma assessment 6 control the bleeding 7 transport immediately
