    it sounds like a lot of u are just repeating the same thing.. treat your patient.. not the equipment sounds like a lot of people are saying it.. just i don't think i saw it in those words... (although i am running on little sleep so I may have missed it lol)

    Thats just like when u sometimes see a bunch of FFs standing around their rigs at an outside gas leak or a MVA w/ a strong smell of gasoline in the air, smoking. And i have seen that not in just the rual areas...

    There is talk about it comming to our county... and it is closer than most times when "there is talk" cause they have a class for 12 leads and Capnography comming in may.....

    I used to have a jeep till it finnaly died on me... and had to get the car... didn't have a lot of time to look around.. def. miss it though...

    We are also a volly squad... however we run similar to a paid county career station in the way we run duty shifts and stuff like that. we also have a peer review committee which looks over all of the call sheets etc...

    EMTizzle hey just out of curiosity which part of VA u from? up in northern va we would get our asses chewed out and probably sued if we tried to put a Confederate Flag on the trucks. just wondering

    i have once, however the patients were all drunk and i run in an area where we have a lot of hispanics, and unfortunately the cops and the ems crew where all white and so it made things interesting... the drunks didn't like us to much. lol one of them called us racist

    Hey anyone out there know where to find any good palm software for EMS field guides, quick reference, etc. drug look ups... programs to store protocols on the palm etc... just wondering if anyone had any ideas

    i like litmans, however don't own one... too worried i would lose it... but we carry cheepo ones on the unit that i use... should probably eventually get a personal one...

    i am in a semi urban. the urban part of the county that i live in outside of DC. Loudoun County. figured i would post here instead of the rural... closer to the urban than the rural.
