When I was growing up my friends and I all had horses, were in 4-H and all that. One of the trails we used to ride went down by a lake and an old cemetary. I just got over this, or what I would highly suspect was the swine flu. I was sick for 10 days with all the symptoms, but told not to come into the doctors. Not much they can do, only treat the symptoms which I can do myself. Nasty shit. Anyway, I was wondering if I still should get a shot. Am I immune now? Also interesting- there seems to be confusion about the length of time this virus can live on a surface. A friend of mine was told it was 48 hrs!!! Unheard of. We would all be goners. I talked to a guy at the CDC, who stated it was 2-8 hrs. Wash your hands!!!

Hi all! Just wondering if any of you knew how long this virus can live on a surface (such as counter tops, phones, etc.). I am working with a friend who wants me to get something out to his staff, yet insists it is 48 hrs. I know this can't be true, or hope it is not true. I am searching now for sources and info, and just getting over this myself (the swine flu), my mind is not quite getting that second oar to the water. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Why would that be? For his position? Born into. Not deserved, or earned. Idiots, for voting him him in, and back for so many terms. There are so many more people who should have respect and honor at their deaths that is now given to Ted. Makes me sick. He was a coward and a liar. He and his family have many discrections that would have sent anyone else to prison, yet, they are protected by their connections.

Just for discussion. If you knew you only had so much time left.... who would you tell and why? What would you say? Why wouldn't she just use a stroller? She could also pack those bags she was carrying on it. I too have seen people use leashes for their kids. I was never a fan, but I can understand in certain situations, and with certain children, it works. This is not one of them. I think this gal has one oar in the water.

I can't figure out what you are asking. It really would help for you to fill in more details. Are you stressed about moving? Horrified by the working conditions or the skills of your new coworkers? Can't get along with your superiors? Don't like their protocols? Don't like the feng shui 風水 of the fire hall? If you would like some advice, maybe something along the lines of: How long have you been in this field? Have you changed jobs or relocated before.... and what is your discomfort.....could help. Otherwise, I see this thread being taken off by wild horses.
