Ok, lost on the song. I'm an idiot. This isn't my opinion but, EMS is about being cool. It isn't cool to f-up, but it's cool to catch other people's f-ups. It's not cool to be supportive. Doesn't apply to everyone, but defines some.

people are always looking to be one better than the other no matter what they do or where they are from

it sickens me because in ems and any medical care facet it should be about pt care and not what you have done or what makes you better(emt,medic etc etc etc)

we are all out there to do a job and on good days save a life or help someone who really needs it

those that are out to get"glorified" are in it for the wrong reasons and need to have a major reality check
