"Special Bariatric Response Team".....How cool is that? How do you get selected for such an elite team? Are there SBRT team patches, tee shirts, coffee mugs, coins, hats, etc? Do you get an extra patch to wear?

Does this SBRT unit come configured with a twinkee dispenser and cheetos feeding bin?...you know they have to eat!

I think a new type of EMS subspecialty like HEMS or tactical EMS is born!
