Since you posted it under funny stuff, I guess we are supposed to laugh. However I lost that sense of humor and insensitivity when I was twelve I think. In a forum where we can not even professionally discuss modified ambulances or stretchers for the obese without offending people, I feel no use for this kind of clip.
