Living "in the boondocks" in IL, most of our calls seem to be S.O.B. chest pain, and N/V. 80% of the calls are geriatracs.

Seems like it's really the same all 'round...mostly your bread and butter medical complaints and "nanna downs". As long as the workload offers enough diversity to keep us challenged and interested we need the basics to keep us going! Where would we be without SOBs, chest pains and NOFs? :wink:

Well, just off the top of my head, I'd say that a medical evaluation to help determine the etiology would be the professional thing to do. You might even find something you can treat if you do that. Or is that asking too much? :roll:
