Richard B the EMT Posted July 30, 2010 Share Posted July 30, 2010 (edited) Unknown on location, or year, but I have been told of a woman who went outside her house to do gardening, while wearing white gardening gloves. She was shot and killed by a hunter, who, at trial, blamed the victim by saying, "she knew it was hunting season, so why was she wearing white gloves?" He inferred that the gloves looked like the white of a deer's tail and hindquarters. The jury sent him to jail for manslaughter. DON'T blame the victim for YOUR DUI or DWI!
