  1. I talk and crap alot, some of my best convos are when Im on the shi tter. I could care less.

Ruff I like the "turd" comment, hahahahahaha

My old roommate dropped his phone in the toilet one day, that was priceless.....so much for a shi tty conversation.... :D

  2. I would say there is no such thing as a "Routine" call, either for EMS, Fire, or PD, as there are always going to be variables that can change the direction of a call, implementing themselves into that call, with no warning. You'll never see it coming.

Thats what she said Richard, even teh "3 days a week" dialysis transfer/transport was not routine.

I nver used it in my PCR but others did and she gave them he ll for saying that.

  3. Time to pull out the hole puncher and punch the "frequent flyer" card.......2 more punches and she wins a free ride....

I have used that term to doctors and RN's about patients and they got a kick out of it...

Its about the truth too, some of these frequent flyers should get GOLD member cards.....

  4. There was some of us discussing this in chat about how we would know if something happeded to one of us so, After much thinking some of us have daily contact with others out side this site via cells or what not and others do not. So if anyone is interested You can send me a PM with your name all that good stuff and I will pm you my cell and info and you can give that to the person you desinate to call if anything happens to you like accident etc etc. But you will have to tell people to call or email so that I can share it with the people here. You can PM me or email me at itku2er@yahoo.com.

And before you ask this information will not be shared with anyone. I will not sale it on ebay. (that was just AK's Ruffems and Boo's numbers I was saling off ebay!) And you can not get mine off the gas station walls that number is null and void now I got a new phone lol

Hmm...I knew that was Terri's number on the 7-11 wall.........That dirty ole' homeless guy will be in his glory now..... :D

  5. Here's a situation for everyone to ponder. You are called to the scene of a MVC. Upon your arrival you find multiple patients all ambulatory and in no apparent distress. Upon your assessment, each individual states that they are unijured and wish no treatment or transport. If you continue to question them as to the nature of injury, for example, you state "You're uninjured, no pain, cuts, scrapes, bumps, bruises, nicks or stiffness?" If they state no to all questions, should you obtain a refusal of care and transport, or should you not classify them as a patient, and document as "no ems needed"?

    Refusals.........
