I have not really worked with a ##### partner, but I did work with one who had terrible grammar, man it irritated me to no end! :wink:

Everyone has worked with "marginal" partners; from piss poor providers to just plain annoying. Every now and then you get one that is a dyed-in-the-wool sociopath...now there's a good time.

I worked with one gent who liked to gross his partners out. I'm sitting in the front seat eating a sub and he picks his nose, holds it right in front of my face and says "jeesus! I think that things got a nucleus!". Erg.

Back when I was an EMT, I worked with a newer medic that often had to be sent home prior to our shift because he was still drunk from the night before. When he did get to work, I typically spent the day cleaning up after him and his mouth. He would come in hung over, and make every body else pay for his pains. It would usually take me throwing him around in the back to get him to lighten up a bit, but he always knew when he had crossed the line with me.

As stated tho, we all have worked with some "sub level" human with a license. I have been quite fortunate for the past 8 years by being able to stay with my current partner. We are like family, down to getting our actual families together during our off time.

Of course. It's a part of life no matter your occupation. When you work with people, especially in public, the odds are that you are eventually going to have someone a bit "different".

The main one that sticks out in my mind is a guy who was just like Frank Burns on M*A*S*H. Not only did I work with him, but I had to share an apartment with him for about a year and a half. Either I was going to push him out of a window, or I was going to jump from it. He finally went back north for a different job. Supid yankee.
