lol believe nothing. The AHA changes their protocols once a week

YES!
There is a point of hysteria where you can not get a caller back from it. Sometimes we push these callers over the edge. Sometimes they have passed it before they call.
Belive it or not, people lie. Age and wisdom, help dispatchers uncover those lies sometimes, but, it also leads to jaded dispatchers.
If anyone is near Indy for a day, hit me up, I'll let you come tether into me for 8 hours. You can get a feel of what I do.
im 30 min from indy every day and night lol

Indiana.
It should be in the top 10. Loose blue/green light laws. Every township is required to have, or contract a fire department. Most have one. Just go to www.indianafiretrucks.com and look at the wealth of VFD's.
Indiana EMT test is a breeze.
I would rate it a 7.5/10 on the whacker scale.
lol its loose enough a 16 yr old can apply for a green light permit and they ask for age nowhere on the form

Well Kyle, I made a mistake post, should have been in a different thread. It should have been in the minimum wage thread. Thanks for pointing out my terrible error.
Not to be harsh LOL, but have you never made a mistake?

I'd work for minimum wage as an emt if my other job was making me enough to live.
I'd work for minimum wage now as a medic but I would be able to do that due to what I make in my other job.
lol not to be harsh....but what has this got to do wit the topic lol
btw....thanks everyone for all the responses

from what i've seen. In the United States most nurses who don't work in the hospital work as a Flight Nurse on an Air ambulance helicopter

not neccesarily...you could do like we are taught in CERT....organize the pack the way you want it...then have your partner were yours and you wear theirs so you can just take stuff out of the back without taking it off
Ok so it's not . . .
