Actually the term " AMT" is not used exclusively by the NCPD EAB ( Emergency Ambulance Bureau ) It's a term used collectively by most fire dept's as well to refer to the EMT-CC and EMT-P

Yeah, the Cross Bronx Expressway sucks! You forgot to mention the LIE from Main St down thru the Grand Central/Van Wyck interchanges all the way down to the BQE. Usually jams up pretty good ( actually the LIE all the way out past exit 57 is bad) Oh, My first call was a code. He didn't make it.

My Dept just got a 08 Trail Blazer. Depending on your needs (ALS vs BLS first response), that would probably be the perfect sized vehicle to use as a QRV/Fly car
