for me it is always better to include a full report ...transport or refusal doeesnt matter saves liability for you and your servic eetc and just makes sense wouldnt you want a thorough recored kept if it were you the report was about ?

usually for me its clean,do laundry and get the house together try and spend some quiet time and enjoy my kids etc but doesnt always happen usually called in again :roll:

we in pa as basics can assist with nirtro under the 5 r's usually in our county everything gets dispatched with a medic because we dont have medics in our service yet (dont feel the need yet :roll: )anyway they do the 12 lead assessment when they get there which usually isnt long after we do (witrhin in a minute) many of us know how to interpreate them and can assist but that is all

with ob pts we arent allowed to check unless crowning etc if a limb/arm is visible, breech it is hands off let the hospital handle it!it is up to them to handle any births not ours our job is to get them where they need to be safely when called

if you limit your time to a certain amount in the area you should be fine dont deliberately stay longer than needed maybe seeing a dr for a non otc allerfgy drug will help there are many that will help with non seasonal allergies like dust,dander etc i have seen ads all over for them and have taken a few myself because i am in misery until the first frost every fall (like now it hasnt come yet and it sucks!!!!!!)

people are always looking to be one better than the other no matter what they do or where they are from it sickens me because in ems and any medical care facet it should be about pt care and not what you have done or what makes you better(emt,medic etc etc etc) we are all out there to do a job and on good days save a life or help someone who really needs it those that are out to get"glorified" are in it for the wrong reasons and need to have a major reality check

it is simple if in custody pd must stay with them they cannt be left
