Brent, thanks for posting this. It was excellent reading although it took awhile between calls. I love the different perspectives on the same call. I can also very much identify with Babs when she shows up to hug the kids. It brought tears to my eyes.

Thanks for posting this. It was one of the best stories I have ever read on how different agencys handle the same call. I thought the writer did a excellent job of desribing how each agency was viewed by the other in ability to do their job from a professional side while trying to keep their distance from a personal side. A deep very well written story.
