Here is a view what the land marks, cords should look like, albeit it is a lot closer than a usual intubation. Similar devices such as this is being tested in the field... This video should outline to students nicely the variation in anatomy of the hypopharynx, glottis, laryngealpharynx, etc... And the experience with a good sampling of patients in a controlled environment (non-mannequin "patients"), prior to doing it "for real" on emergency patients.
