Careful! If you discourage those guys from manning the phones, what industry do you think they'll think of switching to?

Hint: Job application will say "I would be good at this work because I like one-on-one, short-term encounters with strangers who readily make contact by phone, I like the challenge of figuring out what they need by asking relevant questions, listening between the lines, and following step-by-step protocols, I'm good at assuring them that they'll feel better in the long run if they do what I say even if they don't feel like it, and my greatest strength is to persist, persist, persist, even if they're hostile or combative..."
