Dealing with child abuse cases

Recommended Posts

Here in New York City, and probably the entire state of New York, EMTs, Paramedics, LEOs, teachers, teaching paraprofessionals (Lady J is a "para", and just took a required class on the topic) all levels of nurses, Physician Assistants, Doctors, Fire Fighters, and probably some I accidently left off this list, are required to report suspected child abuse. There will be some duplication, but the more reports, even on the same suspected incident, will prevent another child from falling between the cracks.
