I would NEVER work for less than $22/hr as an EMT. LOL OK I am still being a bit of an a$$. Seriously though.... $10.50? What about benifits? milage? retirement package? Hmmm.... Less OT now, but my hourly rate is higher AND I've done some moonlighting so will probably be a bit more for 2009.
