That's been around for a couple years at least. It's in Russia. But that's about all I know.

BTW, ParamedicTV shot a lot of footage at EMStock, including interviews with Dr. Bledsoe and I. I got an e-mail from their producer the other day saying they will have it all edited and up on the site soon. Should be some really cool stuff.
