Anyone else see that, in one instance depicted, the ambulance doors are not secured?

When the doctor is reading between calls, it was an old Atomic Energy Commission (predecessor to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission) publication, showing what might be a Bikini Atoll Hydrogen Bomb test.

And, true to form, the ambulance doesn't move until someone gives the double pat to the back doors!
