The case of the disappearing post.

It was there.

I saw it with my own eyes.

In fact I had written it.

Where o where had it gone.

No where to be found.

It was posted in the funny section.

It addressed a miracle.

Perhaps it is part of admins magic.

Why though would he destroy it?

Why no one can answer.

Perhaps this should be written off as unexplainable,

just as it is unexplainable how spenac made a month w/o trouble.

Alas I give up.

Enigmatic disappearances seem to be a hot subject lately.

Why, oh why he cried,

my lovely thread has died.

He wandered through fields of posts meant to inspire,

for they dared not question the need for volunteer fire.

What he does not know that his post erased,

not with malice but for other reasons it was based.

The reason his post is lost he will probably never know why,

alas this thread is also, almost surely going to die.

For the King and Lords of this land can be harsh in their manner,

and all the discourse one can muster is not going to matter.

So mourn for him his thread and suffer his losses,

but it's not going to change the hearts of the EMT City bosses.

Sadly my deleted post bashed none, not even lowly volly FF/EMT's . Perhaps admin suspected my account had been hijacked because it was to polite. :roll:
