Chance of pregnancy? When was last menstrual period? Any associated vaginal bleeding? Which quadrant is pain located in? Pain upon palpation? Anything make it better or worse? Alert and oriented but her speech is slurred. She appears to be in no respiratory distress. Her skin is warm, flushed and moist, and she has her hand on her head. Pt tests positive for humanity. Definitely want to give a stroke test to rule it out, (Facial Droop, Equal Grips, Slouching to one side, Slurred Speech). Any vaginal bleeding? Vitals?
