Don't be angry if you're not the first on scene, then not the primary caregiver and not 'completely included' in patient care...Especially if you're a non-transporting service.
And if you don't feel that my patient care has revolved around you, don't go threatening me with "Not showing up" and "no longer assisting" and "I'm not going to just carry your things around for you!" I understand that, but before I make you feel all kumbayya'ed, I have a patient to treat.
NRB's for every patient, no questions asked, is excessive. And my company owner yells at me for replacing equipment you use, even if it is contract based replacement.
If you don't want to carry two sets of bags out, don't carry yours in if you arrive on scene second.
I should start carrying a fire extinguisher in on medical calls, asking them to carry it out for me. :angel4:
