I can attest to the fact that being overweight causes other illness. Before I lost 130 pounds with diet and exercise, I had high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, high cholesterol and high triglycerides. Now they are all gone! Off the subject: Is your real name Christopher Collins? Just wondering as my last name is Collins. :wink:
