Lets see I've done Kling, Triangle bandages, cloth tape and pillowcases the thing that matters most is if you can get them in a 1 arm up 1 down position that is a little more effective than both arms to the cot rails to me.

I agree it controls them better. It will allow easy IV and vitals.

Also never forget to tie a triangle bandage directly across top of knees. It's amazing how weak you are if you can't bend the knees.
