Started taking a couple of Meclizine before a bender (24 or better) and that helps a bunch...but had 2 strokes (with puke) and a pref bowel (from GSW) just last shift...so no bitching from any of y'all.

And I DID NOT technicolor yawn!!!

Nothing like bloody vomit with bloody diarrhea as a chaser to wake you up, better than coffee. Might try those extremely hot red large jaw breakers, they kinda deaden all senses, smell, taste, etc.
