In 14 years have only done it 2 times.

The first time I was sick feeling anyway and the odor of the house set me off. Made it out side and no one seen me.

The second time was a full arrest in the back of the truck. project vomit came out and looked like little worms landed on my face and head. I joined in with the patient but I hit my supervisor dead center the chest. Took about 2 years to live that down.

as a matter of fact I did last night. I was on a D/C was feeling quite ill and then all of the sudden I went into the bathroom and blew chunks, technicolor yawn, or sang to the porcelain god but went and finished the transfer. I thought I would last the night but only lasted only another two hours. But as far as a calls would go I have not I have from time to time gotten a little nauseated but have never blown chunks as a result of a call.

Yes there was one time that I and the ER staff almost puked together and I'm still mad at my crew for leaving me to deal with it.

Called out to the casino at 0200 to find a woman in the casino wheel chair. Absolute nothing wrong with her...Cops were on scene first and didn't know what to do with her. So of course they invited us there to help figure it out. The woman rode the bus from Spokane to gamble awhile. Apperently she decided to stay...for 3 days non stop playing the machines....she would not get up in fear someone else would take the machine..soooooooo for 3 days she crapped and pissed in her pants. Talk about dedication!

Security must have cought wind of the fowl smell and had told the woman she must leave. She refused..PD was then called out to force her to leave ...apparently she missed the last bus back to Spokane, so now she decides to come up with something medical...then maybe she could get transported to Spokane....PD thought it was a good idea and we were dispatched. Ok the smell on scene was unbearable, but when we lifted her out of the wheel chair to put her on the stretcher...she screams...I gotta Sh*t!!! And just as fast as she said that she was filling her pants with the runny stuff.

We got her loaded...there was 3 of us...luckily I was training a driver so I got to sit up front while the tech in the back was gaging. We all put on masks and rolled the windows down. And we decided to transport her to KMC in the closest town....not Spokane. We would not have lasted that long trip. When we got to the ER I helped bring her in...it was a small room so the Tech and the trainee took off...leaving me there with the Er staff to transfer her to the bed. I did really well until she got off the stretcher...the smell over loaded my nose and I was erking....the Staff was erking...I almost lost it. but I was able to run out of the room in time to get some fresh air. I'm sure that somebody in the ER lost it that morning. Hehehe
