Ah yeah! Mt Desert is home of the mega rich for many years. going back into the late 1800's

Not to say that we don't have a lot of starter castles here . Quite a few 6000 sq ft Mc Mansions built in recent years.

Makes our investment very good in the long term.

There are some places that still have reasonable prices. Just not on the coast.
