I am a paramedic student as well. I do not have much field experience either, but clinical time helps tremendously. Good luck!!!

clinical time does not give you the experience working as a EMT does, I think if you are going to do this job the best that you can you should take your time and not try to rush through it. You have to crawl before you walk so to speak but good luck I hope it works out for you....
