EMS Protocol Changes

Mannitol is readily available and low cost. Most drug dealers use it as "Cut " I would think that someone in the city would know this.

If I was the person receiving the E-mail listed several pages ago it would be photo-copied and distributed for every Dr. in the city to see. It would be all the reason needed to reduce your protocols down to "mother may I " for anything more than a simple band-aid.

Unless you can write at an advanced collage level and learn to use a standard APA format for your writing, it will be ignored. These are just plain simple facts of life.

Peer reviewed studies published in journals such as NEJM would be more appropriate than a vague reference to an article in the Bombay times.

While your ideas are laudable , your methods are not going to get you out of the starting gate.

Possibly enlist the services of someone familiar with technical medical writing.

By the way the Jets suck!

Patriots rule!
