Also in the public world generally (unless your a wacker)you are not carring any pocket masks or other devices that protect you from diseases.

I always have my microshield w/ a pair of gloves on me. Hooked right on my key ring. Not a wacker but at least I offer myself some form of protection in case of an off duty CPR case or BSI need.

Your a paramedic, I have the same things in my purse, I mean the general public.
