There are several out there that might work for the iphone. I will look around for you.

In the mean time, you can check out www.epocrates.com/ There is a free version what works pretty well, although it's not a "field guide" it is jammed packed with info on drugs and what not.

You can also try www.Skyscape.com They have lots and lots of software related to the medical field and iphone is supported. Unfortunately, this software is not free.
