Many newer vehicles have some sort of computer that you can hook up to and it shows things that are wrong. They did that to mine, I was sort of impressed.. and glad. Since the dealer kept insisting that I was in fact not hearing something similar to a can of rocks when ascending hills. Maybe it also records crash information?
