Any expereince with "rumblers" for ambulances?

Does anyone have any experience with these new "rumblers" on ambulances?

Our squad recently ordered a new rig, and they requested it to be added on instead of an airhorn.

Any experience as to which one is better?

What is a rumbler? I have never heard this term.

After "Earthquake," "Midway," and "Roller Coaster" introduced the effect back years ago, now we get a mobile "Sensaround" effect generator?

Damn, just as I was getting used to the lack of vibrations breaking my walls from the Concorde no longer flying over my house to and from JFK!

Our local police department is using them now on their traffic units (most don't have a roof-mounted light bar) and said it seems to get more attention. I doubt we'll get them for our ambulances since we don't even have air horns yet. Would be nice to get something to grab more attention of drivers on their cell phone.
