  1. Hey! I can tell by personal experience that I believe his difficulty is not language barrier! I am from south America and had a hard time (still have) connecting the dots when it comes to English, specially spoken English! I suggest a lot of reading and studying with questions based books! You may google or search for your training level! It worth the investment!
  2. I passed nremt today!!! Aha...oh yeah, oh yeah... I passed I passed oh yeah...aha...aha!!!!

  5. I appreciate your concern! I am not made by glass and do not brake down over people's opinions! I was interested and curious about something related to this career! I will always ask as long as there is someone out there to answer and...trust me...whatever you say will be use by me in my favor and favor of others! I don't feel an idiot but I wanted just to be understanded as someone looking for information! That is it! Simply as that! And I got some really good ones for probably really good people! It was good and I feel awesome! Understood " sorry" I apologize for terrible grammar sometimes Oh well! I won't apologize anymore cos it is one mistake after the other! Ok I will get experience after learn English and thennnm be a critical care of something Yes I am a close to be newly minted that grossly approximate an entry level paramedic in this great country called United States! And I am proud of it! I appreciate your advice and I will greatly consider it! Thanks
  6. You are right! I am about to get it as soon I pass my practicals! I am sorry but I type on my phone and sometimes I don't check what I wrote! The reason I got to this website was to gather info on how to be a good medic and I thought the class was one resource besides others I have people in my class that started the critical care before finish class and the only reason I did not take also was time! They are not more experienced than me so I thought it would not be a big deal! I am not trying to show off and I do not need anyone to place me down! I know I am not as experienced as you guys and that is the reason I register here! To learn a little more! My question has no pretentiousness!
  7. Thanks! I am not trying to be pretentious! I am planning to get a lot of real world experience and be as good entry level paramedic as my knowledge allows me to! However I though it would not hurt get some education aside!
  8. Oh my goodness DFIB! Your Portuguese is amazingly fluent! I feel defeated...
  9. Well! I am interested in taking critical care classes as I just got my paramedic license and since I do not have much time! I want to know if others ever experienced online classes and how they go!
  10. Have anyone taken a on -line CCEMTParamedic?
  11. I am Brazilian! Brazilians speak Portuguese! I also learned Spanish and English here...talking to friends and at EMT school! "que hora es?" may be a really important assessment question...if he/she answers : "Domingo"! Just intubate and transport...just sayin
  12. 3 years ago I didn't speak English! So...where else I would get a job where your actions are more important than what you say???
