Depends of the situation. I have used family, and I have not. You did a good job regardless of the outcome. -
12-lead? Yes. Along with the usual neuro exam... and sats. If the medic didn't want anything else done, then the best course of treatment is a diesel bolus to prevent any prehospital iatrogenic mortality. My honest opinion.

Any easy way to memorize streets?

Get used to reading the maps. Cities and towns do have patterns, basically, for street designation. So, learn the patterns and never get used to NOT reading the maps. -

I love my Littmann Master Cardiology Black Edition. It has never let me down. However, if I had to get another one, it would be a Littmann Cardiology III so I can better listen to my Pedi pts. That being said, Littmann is not unlike Ray Ban or Oakley's. Either model is just as good as any of the other ones in my opinion.
