    Around here we get the hospital calling us out for a transfer without notifying the pt first and we get alot of pts that won't go so it is just a waist of time.

    We have 2 shifts, a day and a night shift. The day shift is 0800 to 1700 and the night shift is 1700 to 0800 the next day.

    I think that in smaller towns, the nurses may know their pt and want to treat them with a little more respect than they would in a big city.
