You think thats bad??? I work part-time as a phleb at our local trauma center. I once saw a rural service bring in a pt. who had been given D50 via his ET tube!

You did everything I would have done. In my area I probably would have got my butt chewed for transporting w/o a valid DNR. It's a requirement by my company, if we are transporting a hospice pt. I don't know why anyone would tell you that you did the wrong thing!
