becksdad Posted September 6, 2006 Share Posted September 6, 2006 I actually saw PCT used only once - it surprised the hell out of me when my partner did it, and when it worked, it surprised me even more! It was a patient in a run of v-tach, converted to v-fib. My partner immediately did PCT, and darn if this patient didn't convert to normal sinus rhythm!
