Scholarly Papers on EMS Ethics

Hey guys, I'm looking for some "scholarly" papers on ethics in EMS, especially those that deal with provider-initiated refusal of transport. I've been googling like crazy, but not turning up a whole lot.

Anybody got any suggestions? This is for a class paper I'm doing for my bachelors.

I would like to help but unfortunately there is nothing written about our "leaving people at home" deal because it's just something we have always done for decades.

You might want to look into the Emergency Care Practitioner and "respond not convey" in the UK

The ambulance service here has stated it will be not responding or leaving people at home wherever possible.

These are my assignments from the ethics class I took during my BScH. I got a 4.00 on the class I'm not too sure how ethical it is for me to share them with you,

I suppose they aren't specific to EMS, but I hope they're helpful.
