I am looking to possible move to Iowa around either the Aims or des Moines area. I was wondering who does 911 around those parts too start checking them out.

In Ames, Mary Greeley Medical Center has their own Mobile Intensive Care Unit who also runs 911 for Ames and the surrounding area. Story County Medical Center in Story City does 911 for the rest of Story County. West Des Moines just ended their hiring process, but they do 911 and the Iowa EMS Alliance does IFTs. As for other services, you could look at Mercy Medical Center, Frasier Ambulance Service, and Midwest Ambulance Service
