Just Plain Ruff
one of two things come to mind My cousin has mini seizures that present exactly like this. Her EMT partner noticed them and he told her about em. She is now under treatment for them. Or... I would suspect narcolepsy but.... with this presentation exactly like my cousins I'd suspect seizures until ruled out other wise. yeah yeah yeah I'm back. p3medic
Around here, narcotic OD, heroin, oxy's etc...would be my working dx, until we learn more about the patient assessment findings. For some reason the bathroom is the most common place to shoot some H.

pguy280
Given her age and signs and symptoms I am thinking cataplexy. This can be brought on by stress both positive and negative. Just a thought.
