James Sarner told deputies he found unauthorized charges on his Visa for food, music, movies and skin care products ordered on the Internet, according to the report filed Tuesday. Then a package arrived from Identity Sweep and a company representative called to ask if he liked the product. Company officials told deputies the person who ordered the $29.97 program had all of Sarner's personal information, including his cell phone number, records show.
